What is Rusutsu Resort Tech?
Rusutsu Resort Tech was established to create a new kind of resort that leverages cutting-edge technology while prioritizing health and environmental sustainability. Our mission is to transform Rusutsu into a next-generation resort, making it a world-class destination.
A next-generation resort is not just a tourist attraction; it evolves from a “place to visit” into a “place where people want to live.” This concept fosters a new type of community that extends beyond traditional resort management, integrating urban development that benefits not only tourists but also local residents.
In recent years, many luxury resorts worldwide have focused on high-end developments catering to affluent customers. However, this trend has often resulted in weaker ties between resorts and local communities, leading to stagnation and eventual decline. In contrast, our vision is to build a sustainable region where the resort and the local town are deeply interconnected, supporting and growing together.
For a thriving community, businesses are essential, and a resort can only succeed when it is supported by the people living there. A resort and its surrounding town should maintain a symbiotic relationship, fostering not only tourism but also creating an attractive place where people genuinely want to live.
At Rusutsu Resort Tech, we envision a community where both visitors and residents actively participate in urban development. By preserving the natural environment and fostering opportunities for growth, we aim to create a community where people can thrive and seize new opportunities.
